Purpose: 1. Involvement of trainees in public safety activities.

2. Establishment of good governance, formation of trained workforce with the aim of increasing social awareness.

3. Creating leadership qualities and providing professional skills to protect local law and order.

4. To impart proper understanding about election duties and make them qualified to perform election duties.

5. To provide basic training to those interested in technical and vocational training.
